Optima has established a TASK FORCE to assist you!

The Optimal HR & SBA Task Force teams can advise your business on the different SBA programs, help you fill out and apply for the programs, and help you stay compliant with the updated and changing HR laws. We are doing this on an hourly basis, with a simple hourly contract that is flexible based on the needs of your business.

Here’s how we can help you.

  1. Schedule an appointment with one of our Task Force team members right away by emailing us at info@optimaoffice.com.

  3. During your call, we’ll answer your questions and go over all the options available to you and your business.
  4. The Optimal Task Force will guide you through the loan application process and establish proper accounting practices to help you qualify for loan forgiveness under the PPP provisions.

The Optimal HR & SBA Task Force teams are comprised of individuals ranging from HR Directors and Managers, to Senior Accountants, Controllers and CFO’s.
