What You Will Do

As a Recruiter at Optima, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients’ hiring success. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting and act as a strategic partner to both internal teams and external businesses.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and manage talent pipelines using ATS, social platforms, and creative sourcing strategies
• Execute multi-channel recruiting campaigns to attract top candidates
• Conduct screenings, manage interviews, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience
• Collaborate with leadership to align recruiting strategy with business growth
• Serve as a brand ambassador to represent Optima with professionalism and purpose
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize recruiting approaches

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles
• Proactive communicator with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Relationship builder with proven client and candidate management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment preferred
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in modern sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems

Compensation and Perks

$50–$60/hour, based on experience
Hybrid schedule – 2–3 days/week in-office (San Diego)
