Alissa's role with Optima Office is Assistant Controller and she has been with Optima for a combined period of almost 3 years. Alissa is from a very small town in Eastern Oregon.
She appreciates how Optima and the internal staff are very flexible and kind. She can contribute to the team and grow her skills in the accounting field, while not feeling like she needs to choose between my family and work.
She loves accounting and compliance, something about it just clicks with her and how her brain is wired. Solving accounting issues gives her a sense of accomplishment, she really enjoys it.
Alissa loves to travel. Her family has been blessed to be able to take trips overseas and they are always interested in other cultures. They love to see how the rest of the world lives. Of course, beautiful beaches are a plus too 😊
