What You’ll Do
As an Accounting Manager, you’ll lead accounting operations for client companies while managing internal accounting team members. You’ll be the go-to resource for clients and a key partner in driving clarity and financial health.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee accounting functions: A/P, A/R, G/L, time billing, payroll, and tax
• Supervise staff accountants and delegate assignments as needed
• Maintain accounting systems, procedures, and policies
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Perform cash flow projections, fixed asset management, and margin analysis
• Review client invoices and support collections efforts
• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, including supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of general accounting theory and best practices
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship skills
• Professional, proactive, and reliable—someone who takes initiative and drives results
Compensation and Perks
• $38–$45/hour, depending on experience
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
